Return window

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging with all tags and protective sleeves intact.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and nose pins can only be returned if the sealed pack is unopened, or if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We arrange a free reverse pickup and either replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice. This applies regardless of the 7-day window above.

How to start a return

Email care@alankia.com with your order number and, where relevant, photographs. We confirm within 48 hours and arrange pickup where the PIN code is serviceable. Where it is not, we reimburse reasonable return postage.

Refund timelines

• Refund initiated within 3 working days of the returned item passing inspection
• Credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of initiation
• Bank processing times are outside our control

Cancellations

You may cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once a tracking number has been generated the order must be handled as a return. We do not levy a cancellation charge.
