This website is operated by Ladder Group, a partnership firm with its principal place of business at First Floor, No. 2, P K D Nagar, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004, India, trading under the brand Alankia. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Our products

Everything sold here is imitation jewellery. Descriptions state the true composition of each piece. Where an item is described as gold-plated or gold-toned, the base metal is as stated and no precious-metal content is claimed. Stones described as cubic zirconia or American diamond are not natural diamonds.

Colour reproduction varies between screens. Handmade and plated finishes carry small natural variations, which are a characteristic of the product and not a defect.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The price charged is the price held on our server at the moment the order is created, which is recalculated independently of your browser. Where an item is listed at a manifestly incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials at any point.

Care and wear

Plated jewellery is not waterproof. Remove pieces before swimming, bathing and exercise, and keep them away from perfume, deodorant and cleaning products. Damage caused by these is not a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual property

Product photography, copy and the Alankia name and mark belong to Ladder Group and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
