Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

Across India. We do not ship internationally at present.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

• Tamil Nadu and neighbouring states: 2 to 4 working days
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days
• Remote and north-eastern PIN codes: up to 10 working days

Charges

Shipping is free on prepaid orders. Alankia does not currently offer cash on delivery.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed and sent by SMS when your parcel is handed to the courier. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, write to us and we will raise it with the courier.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

Report it within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on the tracking. We will replace the item or refund you in full once the courier confirms the loss.
